Technically a Vesper Martini. For Cocktail enthusiasts, the attached article is a great little read. The original Kina Lillet is no longer available but can be substituted With Lillet Blanc.

Tgar has made this before and it is not for Tgar but that’s one element that makes cocktails so fun. You have to try them to find out.

Up the vermouth - add a smidge and use two small pearl onions instead of olives with the lillet. It worked.

Tgar will certainly give that a whirl! I will admit, I am not much ( if at all ) a martini guy. I have found a small splash ( less than a 1/2 measure ) of Elderflower Liquor can mellow a martini be it vodka, gin or the combo ( vesper ).

Hokkaido - got it at Total Wine in VA.

Tgar once paid $ 40.00 for two Hokkaido scallops at Stevenson’s Sushi Bar in Kauai ( At the Grand Hyatt ). Those Hokkaido scallops are incredible.
