Sorry for the late check-in guys...we sent the documents to the publisher last night, expecting an August 5 return, give or take. The cost for the magazine $15.00 but the postage is another $11.00 (sorry about that, it's a big book), for a total of $26.00. Please send a check to Jensen Publishing, 19109 Hampton Drive, Omaha NE 68136. We will be mailing each magazine separately and by priority mail to make sure your copy arrives in pristine condition.
