Why can't we have the state B & C Baseball brackets published officially? If this was football or basketball they would have been out this morning already. The entire state doesn't need to wait for the Creighton Prep district to finish Monday.

C1, C2, D1, and D2 boys basketball had to wait on 4 subdistricts delayed by weather before district finals were seeded. C1 didn't have a subdistrict impacted. Obviously, win and you're in impacts seeding in C2-D2, but only one of those schools (Boyd County) could have changed division depending on win or loss. And they didn't play any C1 teams. Wiped out an entire day that district finals could have been played (no Saturday games, Monday-Tuesday only).
Not often, but it happens.
I'm guessing the reason is that the result of the remaining A games will affect the final point standings and thus the seeding of the B and C teams. There were a ton of B v A games and some C v A games too. So they can't publish brackets until those games are final.

I actually looked at the teams remaining in that district and none of those outcomes will change anything in B and C for points. Oh well, you can figure out who is playing who but the times might change depending on graduations and such.
Seems like they wait until every district across the state is done to publish any of the brackets in all sports.
I don't know how common it is in baseball, but in some sports, there are also out-of-state results which need to be accounted for.
