You are correct my bad, the time difference 100% relates to if they do not have enough schools willing to host district, if they do not, they have to start calling schools to find a host for many districts, and I bet this year that is even harder to findLast year districts came out Week 8 of football. Did the highest seed hista in a sub district pass?
