D1 Districts -- Shot in the Dark

Scratch out this post. NSAA revised the district number to 11 instead of 10.

IMO no more than one ineligible team should be in each district. If a district has an ineligible team it should have the highest number of teams in it.

That makes more sense than what I was thinking in 9. I thought dundy may go north and either hi line or Bertrand get tossed in the mix
