His pitch count is still very good, but when he's missed Auburn has hit it hard. They've been very economical. With a little luck, he could have easily only given up a couple runs. The HBP to the #9 hitter was costly.

No clutch hitting tonight. The high strike call has seemed to affect our hitters too. He's giving it to both teams but its clearly high and very difficult to hit

Ehh, it's all good. Come out and win the series starting tomorrow. The Florida sweep put us in a spot where losing 1 of our remaining series doesn't drop you out of a national seed, and maybe even 2 wouldn't. Hate to lose it, but it wouldn't be end of the world.

I like to see good baseball. What Alburn did was play good baseball. Very impressed with their aggressiveness and that started in the first inning. Hope we learned something about them and can use it the next two games... like when they have a runner on third, let's have a third baseman over there for good measure so they arent allowed such a big lead they're not afraid to steal home. Gotta say I liked them stealing third to test Massina when we made a change there as well. Just good baseball. We're gonna have to play well. Should be fun to watch
