He can be. He has baaaaad stretches some times though. Though I guess that means he shouldn't be a "closer", but he certainly pitches like one 90% of the time. But that 10% of the time he's bad, he's hot garbage.

ATL’s bullpen will be fine as long as the injuries that they’ve had so far don’t linger around all season. But if Iglesias and McHugh are back to their normal selves after the early stint on the IL, ATL’s bullpen will be one of the best in the MLB. Minter will then move to the 7th or 8th inning role and get matched up more left on left. And he’ll be just fine there.
