Caitlin Clark underwent further medical evaluations earlier this week, which confirmed that no additional injuries or damage were discovered. Clark will continue working with the medical team on her recovery and rehabilitation, with the priority on her long-term health and well-being.

There is no timetable available for her return.

Anyone now the significance of Caitlin wearing a fever shirt with the fever word upside down today?

I'm tired of watching the Fever play down to their opponents. They were up 16, but the lead fell to 2 early in the second half. The Fever should beat this Sky team by 30.

God dang this team is frustrating. Every single time they get a good lead, they immediately give it up. They've had a 16 point lead twice in this game and both times the Sky immediately went on a big run.

After the Wilson/McBride incident, I'm watching fewer and fewer games now. Hope Engelbert wakes up sometime.

They put a graphic on screen that said Kelsey Mitchell is shooting almost 50% from three over the last six road games.

The Fever have a tough stretch coming up. They have Phoenix at home, then on the road at Dallas, Seattle, LA, and Phoenix.

Mitchell has really picked it up over the last month. Everyone knows she can score and although she is no Caitlin Clark, some really nice assists also.

A few weeks ago I wrote that I would trade Mitchell for Ionescu, no question. I would still do so but man, KM has sure impressed over this stretch.

As mentioned, Caitlin Clark was back in Des Moines, spreading generosity and remembering her hometown.

She handed out backpacks to 500 wide-eyed kids who need them for school next month.

But that’s not all. Her foundation also worked with big companies to give away a new mini-pitch basketball court, meals, books and school supplies.
