Well listening to the TN state championship Alcoa is about to win their 8th state championship in a row. 21st overall
Funny thing is I've talked to people in business from other states serval times in the pass and it usually surprises them that NC has mountains they think of NC just another SC or other Southern states flat and beaches then states like VA and WV having the mountains but NC has the highest mountains in the Appalachian mountain chain including of course Mt Mitchell 6,684ft the highest peak east of the Mississippi River. Mitchell county has Roan Mtn 6,285ft.
But yeah I've been to Avery games in October in a snow storm because of the elevation and being more north they're usually 10°+ colder than Mitchell. And for some reason Mitchell's stadium can be 10° or more colder usually because the wind than the towns.
And yes buzz this has nothing to do with the game but once again I'm just answering a question.
It will be the first thread ever this year which there's a discussion that has nothing to do with the thread original topic.

Well Andrews had a hard time getting though the line to him and Mitchell got in the backfield and looked like they had him serval times but he'd ether pass it usually across the middle or make a move and run down feild.
Mitchell got back there the best out of all the teams we’ve played all year

Yes and so proud of it !!! And they wonder why true small 1A teams get pissed especially after NCHSAA just dropped them from 2A last year. Won’t get any respect from me

My dad’s people are from Haywood County and left to come to WV when they took the land in the Cataloochee Valley for the park. So I been trying to reconnect and research family tree info. He is talking about a play on the 40 yard line where he didn't get the first down. Pay attention
MA won't blitz unless necessary. They get plenty of pressure from up front

While I appreciate the video because on the TV broadcast I couldn't see the end of the play their camera was behind the people on the side so the view was blocked.
But I believe he's referring to another drive and something I don't believe I've ever seen Draughn got a false start penalty by one of the lineman and the lineman beside him was so mad that he grabbed him and shook him and apparently cussed him which got him a unsportsmanlike conduct penalty which added another 15 yards to the 5 yard penalty. I don't believe I've ever seen someone get an unsportsmanlike for something he did to his own teammate.

Probably his cussing him was the biggest part of the penalty.
Yeah I say that was it because he grabbed him first but the ref didn't throw the flag until he started yelling at him so I'd say some choice words came out of his mouth.
I know one thing forget the coach if I was his father he'd been in a lot more trouble with me.
Alcoa is 3a. TN has 6 classes. Would be 2a in NC close to 1a 682 kids
