Robbinsville at Eastern Randolph

Injuries have crept up on ER in recent weeks as well. The main one, as has been mentioned, was Brooks. Is an important player in all phases of their game. ER has replaced him but he really can’t be replaced. Heck he might make all conference just on punting. With him ER could go quite far. Without him it’s a week to week thing.
There’s a few posters on here that keep this place from being a lot of fun. I’ve been on here since 04 and don’t have much to say these days as a result of it. Not sure their ages but a few of them I believe are old enough to know better. They go through their weekly roller coaster of emotions raining on everyone else’s parade. Every week you get to hear how their team is the greatest ever to then threatening to resign from the message boards never to return once they lose. 99% of the people love and support their team year after year and can be realistic about where they are and what their chances of success are. That other 1% gets on here every week thread after thread preaching and promoting why they’re right and you’re wrong starting confrontation and conflict with everyone that disagrees.
Truth is none of you play and none of you coach and if you do and get on here and act like that you should be ashamed and know better. Time has passed us all by and we’re living through our kids and grand kids and other kids in the community currently playing for our old schools. Their mood and how they feel determines what happens week to week. Teenagers that may have failed that test on Friday or gotten sick or maybe their girlfriend broke up with them or they recently lost a family member. Your lives will go on whether your team wins on Friday or not as will theirs. Everything we get on here and talk about is all hype and speculation until it’s settled on Friday night. This week maybe our team is better than yours, next week maybe yours is better than ours.
I applaude the Tarboro posters for being as friendly and humble as they are. If anyone has the right to get on here and talk trash it’s them but they don’t have to. They don’t need anyone to tell them they’re good or partake in any debates. They don’t have to make thread after thread telling everyone how good they are. That’s how you know you’re a champion.

I'm a Murphy guy, not a Knight, but I highly recommend not being too sarcastic about those two Robbinsville backs. They are the real deal, and one of them will tie you in a knot.

It was all out of fun. No one at ER is taking Robbinsville lightly it is the 3rd round of the playoffs.

There was a Bullins kid from McMichael Hugh School in Rockingham County that I watched in the 2000's and he was unbelievable too. He may have went undefeated in high school.
Robbinsville got to play old school smash mouth football control the clock keep ER offense off the field and hit them hard idk much about ER I know they like to throw I think Robbinsville can not make it a shoot out game with them
John Mark Bentley Coach at App State four time champ never lost a match. That would be his crown until someone pulls that off. NC has had a few four timers and the kid from RBV is very good and a stud for sure. Hope he is healthy and repeats!

I believe Robbinsville gets the prize next week for the longest bus ride 287 miles followed by a close second Hayesville 261 miles.
They almost did lol, worst Heritage team in 15 years matched you at the half they did the same to us, got better as the season went on I dont think ER is that good, just an opinion dont get butthurt over it SMC takes the west just haven't decided who yet, good luck though

They are crazy if they do Robbinsville has won more 1a titles than any team in State History 16 I think, correct me if I'm wrong I still think its Andrew's year but who knows I never thought Mitchell would be there last season anybody's game at this point

SMC might take west. PAC7 only has one team that will have a say in it. Hopefully they do a good job doing that. If they don’t? Well I think my butt will be just fine
ER will be ready. Murphy gut punched us last year and those returning players have been hungry every since.
