Tarboro fans feel that their not playing their best. They have 1 loss to 3A Hertford

MT Airy is banged up with one loss to 2A Cross County East Surry

Mitchell record is 2-2

Robbinsville has 1 loss to Asheville

Murphy has 1 loss.

Eastern Randolph has 1 loss to Eastern Alamance.

North Rowan 3-1 lost 3A West Rowan 42-28.

Starmount 2-2

Teams with no losses so far

East Wikes- theiy have got it going on, but Have they really been tested? watched them beat Wilkes Central, but Central performance was a disappointment.

Andrews Wildcatz- Don't know anything abouth them

Williamston Riverside Do they have what it takes to beat Tarboro?

I am sure i might have left some progtams out. Help me out if so.

Andrews. MA healthy could be scary good. 4 games in and haven't gotten better. Same last season never really got to that potential. MA needs to get more consistent passing game or will lose early in playoffs. Hurt them against Mitchell last year and hasn't changed. Coaches have to figure this out

East Wilkes is playing good They beat N.Wilkes pretty bad..N.Wilkes beat Ashe...Ashe gave Mt.Airy all they wanted for 3 Qtrs.

No excuses but refs were really bad. We picked ball off ran to the 3 and called pass interference....ball was tipped. MA had 50+ yard TD run but called back for inverten whistle. 3 big starters out for MA. MA had over 100 yds in penaltys. Ashe played good ànd alot better than we thought.

Same old song. Do you ever stop to think those plays probably wouldn’t have happened without the penalty? Sometimes the penalty creates those big plays.

You guys better get passing attack. Andrews front 7 are very hard to run on.

They are big. I could see it in warm ups. Way bigger than Watauga. Weaver is better than anyone Watauga had. Their NC State scholarship player was a non-factor, Weaver however was a major factor.

Don’t dislike MA in the least. You try to make MA something it is not. It is not, and has never been a statewide contender. But you try to make them out to be one because of their sucess in the area they play in. You and I live in an area where good football teams come along every decade or so but that’s about it. Live wih it……

So MA never won a State title or had deep runs in playoffs? Never made them out to be anything but good program with tradition. I don't think they can win State this year I have said that. **** is JMO in wich u always make a negative comment about MA. Why does comments about the Bears bother you so much?????

Well I was looking at the numbers last night one is 6'2" 230 but the one that stood out and why I looked him up was #77 6'5" 275 another is 6'1" but not very heavy.
The others I wouldn't call huge but they're quick especially on D and come off blocks well and on O good technique and block really good. Size doesn't always mean in high school a good blocking line Mitchell is big but obviously got beat at the line scrimmage last night.
Plus high school boys have been known to grow from one season to the next even some juniors and can build up from good weight training.

MA hasn’t won anything in the modern era except when they dropped down and won the 1a in 2008. The next year they played 1a again and became the first western team to lose to an eastern team in 1a since the split In 2000. Nothing since then….

2009 MA Lost by 1 in OT because MA scored 7, 1st in OT then Wallace Rose Hill scored and went for 2 a won. Gutsy move and a win is a win, by one or 50. The score was WRH 38 MA 37, two evenly matched teams.

So no deep runs in playoffs since? So MA is not in the hunt to come out of the west every year. Douche bag!!!!!!!!
