That's a good win... Hopefully we can beat them next week but I think they might beat us because our starting quarterback probably won't play until week three or four he got hurt in the last practice before the season started

Tarboro looked like a well oiled machine tonight. Basically a flawless game. Very few penalties, no turnovers, and no cramping.
Any “power ranking” that didn’t have Tarboro at #1 is simply wrong. If they stay healthy they’ll be scary good by the end of the season.

Agreed! They are kids, but if they play all year like they did tonight, I don’t see a 1A team better than them again this year
Our defense really impressed me tonight. Still gotta work on the pass a little bit but we forced 4 turnovers tonight. This offense looked tremendous tonight. Absolutely dominated up front all night long.
Our lines were great. Rm size gave us some challenges at times, but we did a tremendous job
Like you said at the game - I don’t remember us looking as good as we did tonight at any point last season. And we were playing very good towards the end of the year last year.
Also, great game plan by the coaches. It’s so hard to beat Craddock and company back to back.
It's really hard to do that and it's also really hard to beat Tarboro in Tarboro. We looked better tonight than we did probably all of last season in the fall and we were playing really good in the fall last year around the time of the State title game
Yea, I think we looked better tonight than we did at any point last season. Not a knock our last years team, just complimenting how well they looked tonight

I'm in no way trying to look ahead and disrespect the rest of Tarboro schedule, but based on what I saw tonight I think it's going to be a long year for the rest of our schedule in the regular season. I definitely believe Hertford county will be a test.
And I saw North Hampton got blown out by Roanoke rapids. Perquimans lost to manteo that's surprising

I don't take anything away from that Hunt/Rose game other than the fact that Rose might be back. Didn't they play in the championship last year? Looks like they simply may be even better, and there was nothing that Hunt could do. They'll beat us, though. As for Tarboro, it looks like another undefeated run to the ship. I do think that Hertford is a tougher test than Rocky Mount, but they are coming at a bad time for themselves on the schedule. Would have been a tight game if they appeared before the RM game, but Tarboro having a big game blowout beforehand doesn't bode well for HC at all. The score will be worse than the RM game, but I still think HC is better than RM.

Yeah when I said Tarboro was chomping at the bit to play Rocky Mount they lived up to it lol. Based on what I saw Friday night we definitely had that potential still a long way to go though.
