Richmond County guy. My job in college sent me up there to open up Bottom Dollars. Went to Youngstown, Ambridge and Aliquippa. Ambridge was by far my favorite town.

When I was a kid growing up I learned US geography from sports. Pennsylvania was a hotbed of high school athletes that came to NC many for hoops but obviously football was king and I was Penn State fan (due to the uniforms) and still am.

Coach, who is the most famous person and/or athlete from your hometown...besides you?

Besides me hahahahhha well my high school Carmichaels was small but I did coach at a slightly bigger high school Waynesburg where NFL hall of famer and wake Forest grad Bill George graduated from. Rich Trumpka graduated from my high school

Bill George is one of the greatest to ever strap it on although no one under the age of 40 or 50 knows who he is.
