forced a few punts + concord has a couple of turnover — panthers getting big chunk/scoring plays from both pass and run game tonight

two similar teams, so tonight was always going to be about execution and who could play clean (or cleanest) football.

sometimes it’s your night, sometimes it’s not. we’ve all been on both sides of the coin.

Next week will be rough! No team is unstoppable but Statesville looks fairly close to that! I also agree that the ending was uncalled for.

Sloppy game on both sides. Turnovers would be the difference and it was. When Hibriten scrimmaged Crest, I said Hibriten COULD win a game or 2 in the playoffs. They have achieved this, a bit surprising but well earned for a young team who lost SO much from the spring. Hibriten has slowly improved during the season. Still making young mistakes on D but they will learn and grow. Statesville will be a major undertaking for em. Hope both teams play well and both come out injury free. Can't wait to see an undefeated Statesville Greyhounds next Friday!!!
