Crest beats Kings Mtn 38-12. Will host the winner of East Lincoln/Shelby next Thur in the Championship. East Lincoln/Shelby play tomorrow at East Lincoln.

Sounds like it will be Crest and Shelby once again.

I wish the local HS conferences were with these same teams. These middle school games seem more competitive than the high school teams playing teams like Highland Tech, Cherryville, Ashbrook, or Noga. Lincoln Co has some good competition. Maybe in the next alignment they can be included in with the likes of Shelby, Crest, Burns and KM.

EL had not not been scored on in last 6 games. Only score they gave up all year was in the first game against Chase which EL won 56 to 6.

Our kids fought hard yesterday and we had our chances… Shelby is a very good team we just came up a little short… good luck Blue Devils the rest of the way.
