Willis, Borders,Jefferies,Ruff,Greene, are doing a great job in the secondary
Not any big names on this unit like years past, but that Crest D has the potential to be great, strong secondary play and a strong front seven that’s stout against the run. As the season progresses, that unit could become something serious.
In all fairness they have played a Sp team that runs 95% of the time and TC Roberson. Like I have said all week, we will both see where we are tomorrow night.
Well I'm sure Dave will devise a game plan for this week based on what hes seen on film and hopefully it will be competitive. Dad gum it we are due for a win in this series .....we are one Brandon littlejohn win away from being what chase is to Shelby.

It was a great game tonight, Bulldogs jumped out to a 21-7 lead, Crest came back but we made the 2 point conversion stop and then Crest onside kick attempt went awry, the Chargers didn’t have any timeouts left and we were able to run out the clock.
Go to bed, you're drunk. Pryor is a really good player but best in the county? Come on man.... He will be the best player on the field Friday night no doubt but there are a few players wearing different versions of black and gold that have SEC/ACC talent. Pryor is not that.
He had NEGATIVE YARDS against KM. Regardless of play calling or coaching, you can't be considered the best player in Cleveland County and have negative yardage in a football game.
Outstanding actually. He laughed the entire game as they played their best kid in press man, with the safety over the top 15 yards off directly behind the the corner and the OLB splitting the difference to take away the slant. That is three players being utilized to take away one man. That is the unlimited compliment. ONCE they played him one on one and he beat there all-state ACC recruit for a huge gain.
You see, when KM beat Burns like they owned them, their D played straight up and completely shut down Pryor. Huge difference.
Oh btw, go check the KTC broadcast. Every time a KM player made a big play, who was the first one running to celebrate with them? That kid gets it. He is all about winning. He understands that if a team is going to take 3 guys to shut him down then KM is going to be able to play 10 against 8 and win every time. Trust me, the kid has enough on film to go anywhere he wants to. He is all about the success of the team.
Now go watch the body language of Pryor on the KTC broadcast of the KM game.

KM completely outplayed us and it wasn’t just shutting down Pryor. I give them all the credit in the world. Our offense was also out of sync. But that does not give you the right to

Called timeout on our sideline with 3 seconds left and they still call halftime after giving what looked like a timeout. 5 min later they say halftime???
Surprised Crest didnt go for it on that 4th and 2. Fuller and ruff are a good duo....very shifty
