Catholic vs Jacksonville

I have watched 4 of those schools on the past 3 weeks. Hough and Vance twice. Catholic defense is on par with Vance, I think the DL is better. Better than the others and I am a Creek guy.
Vance has the best linebacker play I have seen in a few years. Very good D line. Think the front seven is what made the game v Myers Park as I have always thought their DBs were susceptible. Different coaching now but still in my mind. Hough has skill athletes all over the field and when healthy probably is a top level D line, also. MC and Hough both have good depth with their big guys which is something a lot of schools lack.
I'm going to pose a question for you. Do you think CC will beat Vance or Hough? I'll answer your post right now because I'm not going to respond to your next post.

I've watched every team I've listed play at least twice this season. I know what I'm talking about. I see the huge talent difference between the schools I listed and CC and those other school are also just as good at executing as CC is.
One last thing. Not a statement for you, but for others in the thread. If y'all don't stop hyping up Christian. They play no one besides Catholic. Their schedule is beyond garbage.
Doesn't matter if you're a Creek guy. I don't care about your allegiance to a program. I'm telling you what it is. But honestly it doesn't matter, we're just going to continue to disagree. So I'm ending it here.
If Christian were playing in any subclass other than 4AA they would have been a very tough out and most likely made a deep playoff run. They are a first stop school for every major college program when they come to Charlotte.

Any true NC high school football fan knows anything can happen. But all you have to do is look at Weddington whose only loss came at the hands of CC 20-0. Weddington will be playing for the Title in the Class 3AA Championship game. They have a very, very good RB by the name of Will Shipley and CC shut him and their QB down. Someone else stated that the CC defense is the best in all classifications this year. I would concur. After you get past the 3AA classification, not sure CC's offense could stay up with the 4A & 4AA defenses. But I would lay money it would be a low scoring slug fest.

Awesome! Looking forward to a great game on Saturday. If they are that good they should definitely hold us to under 50 yards total offense. Our 3 backs should be shut down pretty good all night. About 20 yards rushing apiece on 15 carries each. Our QB he can run a little so they hold him to maybe 30 yards rushing. Since this is the best defense in all classifications without question. Man we are in for a long day.
Correct high school kids play the game and before 1swxyc opens his mouth he should realize that. First this is about the kids playing the game.
CC is historically a great program.... All that !!!

We know their record. We know what they have done in the past. None of that matters on Saturday morning. Let’s let the teams get on the field and decide the outcome. If they win I will be first to congratulate their kids and coaching staff. It’s high school football championship game anything can happen. Jacksonville did not get here because they could not play. Some act as though we don’t have a defense or a offense. I guess we will find out Saturday.
I am and we are taking them very seriously. That entire team is very disciplined, dedicated and coached extremely well. What I think everyone should want is a great championship game.
I think that’s what we will have.
