No one cares if you dominate 4A, but when you dropped to the 3A the complaining started. I'm just saying there needs to be a discussion if so many people have a problem with it. Also your team was 3A in 2017.

I think he meant the 4A title from a few years ago and misspoke.

Anyway, I agree open enrollment needs to be done away with in FC. It has created a case of the haves and have nots.

Well here are my thoughts on King Mountain. They have some talent true. Hunter Huss is better than KM and look what CCHS just did to them. I think this game will be a little easier for CCHS. Besides CCHS does great against the one-man bands (QB's). You need to show up with more than a QB that is your leading rusher and tosses the rock a little. WE will see.

Cougs, the Huskies picked up a fumble as we were going to score and ran it 98 yards the other way. A 14 point swing, but whammy thinks they destroyed us 21-16. SMH!

Most of the Huss turnovers were forced. Don’t make it seem Catholic got lucky because that is not what happened. Huss was whipped like a cheap carpet with a rug beater on their field and now the rumble is at Keffer. Bad news for all visitors. The boys respect any team that makes it this deep including KM but they want it all too.

We’ll see who’s standing when the dust clears.

Contested or not it is not something you can do to beat a power house. KM will have to protect the ball better than Hunter Huss did. That still may not be enough but it will damn sure help matters. You do not go into an undefeated teams house and kick *** by luck. You got to want it more and Catholic did. My point wasn’t to down play Catholic as much as it was to show what a good team cannot do against them.

After reading your post saying that KM is a one man team, tells me you know nothing about THE MOUNTIES I have follow this group of young men starting in middle school reason being my grandson plays, this group have been winners at every level and yes our QB is a outstanding player but if you think that he is our only good player you totally wrong, I do not know if we will win Friday nite or not but knowing this team they will give their best from the first snap to the last snap that I do know.

Mack is our leading rusher with over 1,000 yards. Our offense has put up close to 6,000 yards total offense this year. The Qb can be a point guard on the field, a general or a surgeon. It's kinda hard to explain. You will just have to see for yourself. Oh and Good Luck to my Highly Overrated Mountaineers. It looks like some people think we need it.
