Lol....mountie there is already a km / burns post. Nothing on a high school football message board is a big deal to me but you my friend are a total trip...shutdown gives you good advice. . The wife and I went to see wynonna judd ( her idea) but I did manage to check the halftime score and thought maybe I had one too many and I was seeing things. Best of luck to you guys the rest of the way .Mountie Pride,
Everyone knows the score of last night’s game. Dominant offensive performance by KM. Do not rub the opponents nose in it. Win with class.
Did not mean to show disrespect turnovers was the key to the game. KM turn the ball over FOUR times in each of our losses against SHELBY and HUNTER HUSS. That show you can not turn the ball over that many times and hope to beat good teams. But all I read on this message board was how overrated the MOUNTAINEERS WERE. Well KM may be overrated but this team is starting to play it best football and with MACK getting back to being MACK I THINK THAT MAKE KM A DANGEROUS TEAM.Mountie Pride,

Honestly Burns never showed that it could stop KM. Lloyd had the run and passing game going which put Burns in a dilemma. When Burns played 5 d-linemen KM threw it and when Burns played coverage KM ran it. Paysour, Mack, Wade, and Britt are tough to deal with for any team. I’ve always thought that the best wideouts to come out of Cleveland County ever were Borders from Crest, Briscoe from Burns, and Borders from Shelby. I think that Paysour will end up being better than all three if he stays healthy.Shutdown how many do u think lloyd could have put up if he had not called off the Dogs - 100? Well these kids are being coached up very well by the burns staff but the talent pool is not quite there ....that's gonna change soon.
How is he doing at ECU?No way he will be better than Jayden Borders in his high school career.

Instead of putting down kids offer him a job at your multi million dollar company that you own. He's flipping burgers somewhere now. Couldn't cut it at the next level.

Look at his measurables and stats. You are judging him off one game. He is legit 6’1 4.4 and is still growing. He can eat peanuts off the top of Borders head. From a recruiter’s standpoint he already has Jaedon beat. He is also currently ranked as one of the top five sophomores in the state in his class by Rivals. Do the math.No way he will be better than Jayden Borders in his high school career.

Curious to what about his post requires you to call him a redneck but you get butt hurt every time someone even mentions negativity toward anything inner city. You got some issues up there deep you need to sort out. He’s young, he made some mistakes, just as many of us did in our youth, but as long as he’s being responsible, and staying out of trouble, it’s all good, you redneck chump.
It was who the post was from, he has a history of saying racist things towards SHS, he has also gone by Crestman2 and I’maCrestFan, As long as you have been in these forums, I’m surprised you have not noticed, or maybe you just turned a blind eye to it. I respond to that kind of negativity towards my alma mater and its students just as you would.Curious to what about his post requires you to call him a redneck but you get butt hurt every time someone even mentions negativity toward anything inner city. Your not reading what I said.He will not have a better high school career.Borders has every record and FOUR rings. He was unstoppable in high school.Look at his measurables and stats. I’ve been on here since 2010, the names change, but the rhetoric stays the same, You’re just thinking that you are hitting the reset button with the name changes. You've got it all figured out don't you? You should be a detective.

It’s one thing to read posts such as, “Let me grab the his or her Kevlar vest on my way to the Crest at Shelby game”. “You can tell you’re at SHS, their fans are pulling up with the bass rattling their trunks.” “Someone will “axe” me for a Newport”. Heck, those are even funny to me, but when you get to calling our players/students, thugs, convicts, dummies, “such and such will play RB in the penitentiary”, now you’re crossing the line.
TBH, I hate to hear that about the Borders kid, So many times we hear of these HS "stars" making mistake after mistake and ending up playing Holly Oak leagues back in Shelby. I know all these coaches reach out to these kids about making good choices and consequences to choices. They even probably point out past stars that are back home because they didnt act right. Teachers and administration do all they can to give these kids opportunities and chance after chance, eventually that cord gets cut and some kids learn the hard way. I hope this kid rebounds!
....before LA calls me out or gets uptight, this is for all the student athletes in CC not just Shelby.
