Catholic will march easy until Thanksgiving at least and there is nothing you can do about it. Chew on that haters.

Catholic's defense is dominant. Holding a 5-star QB to just seven points and not allowing them inside the 20 after their second drive is elite level play. Great team win all the way around. Catholic dominated the lines and the tempo in the game.

Well, guess what. You forgot that we kept Shrader form CC to less than 7. He is another very highly ranked QB. Yes our Defence is strong. Our offense is always slow to start. After last week, I saw that they are going to come on strong too..

I stand corrected, Sam H is a 4 star in rivals. My bad, I made an assumption based on all the hype and reporters saying he is #1 recruited QB in the nation.

Magnum, you need to understand the facts. This debate about catholic in nchsaa has been settled. They comply with same rules and qualify for nchsaa play.

Do you seriously think that anybody believes that? Maybe Catholic fans do but the rest of us do not respect them. Every year that they win a title or they knock a team out of the playoffs they're just doing an injustice to a true public school.

Not a Catholic fan but def respect them like most of football fans in the area. It's mostly fans that team can not get past them that have the issue with them. They follow all the rules and from What i have read, over 99% homegrown. The NCHSAA isn't NC education dept funded program, it's a business, so schools do not have to be apart of it. I say that because if schools felt that a certain school was not playing by the same rules they are playing under, they can pull out.

I see we have a new CC fan posting now, first clue....”not a Catholic fan”, second clue user name “freshmanposter01” I’m just having fun, no offense, CC is very good!

I don't remember anyone complaining about CC when they weren't doing so well ( 80's and 90's). I am an ACR fan so I really don't have a dog in the fight. It seems to me that they have crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's. I have only seen a small sample of their games over the years but it looks like they are well coached and very disciplined. I would say they don't have an overabundance of superior players( although they have had some really good ones) but they play very well together. If you don't like 'em, beat 'em. It's as simple as that. I have a ton of respect for the way they go about their business.

For the one hundredth million time...Catholic is not unbeatable! They are not IMG academy or whatever that team is. They can be beat, Hell in my opinion Independence was a bigger problem than Catholic could ever be. Knotts recruited like crazy.

Lol.. old poster name wouldn't pull up..been a follower of boards since the beginning and post every now and then. Def not from Catholic...Cleveland and Gaston county man here(literally on the line). I got my new account to post a Cleveland County rule about transfers in the county. So no fake poster here .

No.. def nowhere near his mastery of the boards level. Lol..i was at Catholic when I had family member playing with Crest against y'all. Loved the no track, closeness of the field. I'll always remember the student section heckling Ledbetter and he would do the Gator chomp with his arms every time he got near them.

You wouldn't say they if they went 3AA this season. You would be like everyone else and feel cheated that they were allowed to steal a title from a real public school. Trust me I talk to people all over the state and nobody respects the way things have been with CC.

No one respects catholic? Ummm. I guess not being respected means we can come in and clean house because we are not taken seriously. Works for me. You exaggerate!!
