I stand behind coach Devine 100 percent. I would like to see him take over the offense.
The name they mentioned is nothing but a cop out. Things go south and instead of riding it out he finds random reasons to leave along with something to blame it on. Talent leaves NL, he leaves, talent drops at Burns and he blames principal, get run out of Newton and suddenly wants to sell furniture.
I agree. He got out quick when he saw that talent drying up at Burns. Heard he's pretty shady too.
We need to start from scratch and figure it out. I have no doubt that the talent is there. I have alot of respect for Coach Devine, I believe he is a good coach. I just can't understand why we do the same thing over and over. 7 CAN NOT block 9!! Why beat the same horse every play??!!

I have faith in Devine, he knows football, you wont find a better one the county arguably. However, the veer and this offense may be the nail in the coffin. Kids these days arent kids back in the 90s and 80s, and want to spread out, whether they think they are athletes or not. Ill reserve my comments for the OC for a later date. regardless, Huss is a better team, period. Cant do much of anything you want when you get beat up.
