Isn't East Montgomery and West Montgomery going to merge in 2019??? And, what's up with Coach Paddock??? It is also interesting that their head basketball coach has resigned.

Yes the merge is coming. I'm guessing 2020 at the latest. Coach Paddock resigned to take another postion.

So, if 2020, two more seasons (2018 & 2019)??? It sounds kinda crazy considering what's happening over that way ...

He had an opportunity somewhere else I'm assuming so went ahead and made the move. The HC for the new school will be a highly sought job and I don't think the guy coaches in this county currently. He's simply getting on out.

I can’t find the article I read to confirm, but I thought it stated that Montgomery Central would open for the 2019/20 school year. Can anyone local confirm or deny?
