Some observations from Lineberger

a few observations from my visit to Lineberger Stadium:

- Lineberger is a nice stadium with a good visitors side.
- I liked the natural playing surface, looked like it was kept in great shape.
- When I heard you had a track around the field, I was expecting the track to drastically increase the distance between the fans and the field, but I didn't notice it at all, unlike other stadiums we visit.
- The reserved seating area is a nice touch, could be a good feature to add to our stadium.
- The only thing I had an issue with was the quality of the sound system. It sounded like a fast food drive thru for much of the night. Didn't even know SP was selling 50/50 tickets until they were announcing the winning number. None of the other fans around me knew either.

Best of luck to the Raiders the rest of the way. Been fun sparring wth you guys this past week.

Pisgah, let me interest you in the prettiest walking track around. It starts on the grounds of Freedom Park and crosses the beautiful Catawba River, has a nice bridge that overlooks the water. It will lead you to Judge's Riverside where the best food in town waits. While walking you can cut over to the gym and view the trophy case, this is home to many state championship teams, basketball and track that is.

I have eaten at Judges several times. Good food.

Bingo! We laugh about that every week. As a matter of fact we all think they borrow the drive thru speaker from McDonalds and return if after the game. Would you like fries with that?

It was a fun week on the boards. See you down the road in 2A next year.

They are using the same MickeyD mike for the internet broadcast. It has been almost impossible to hear them call the game.
