This is the 4th meeting. Bears are 3-0 against South Stanly. First meeting was 2003 a 40-6 win by MA in the first round of the State playoffs. In 2006 MA won 21-18 in round 3. In 2008 MA won 50-6 in the 2nd round in route to their 7th State Championship.

I've seen South on film; they play hard but they aren't world winners. They don't have the killer athletes that North or West Stanly has.
