Crest won the SMAC draw KM second for playoff seeding

Let me straighten this out because my understanding is the Burns crowd is losing their minds on FB. Crest won draw, KM did draw 3rd overall spot , and Burns drew 4th. After the 1 seed that Crest gets, Burns and KM are seeded by record not conference finish. So 4th place has ZERO bearing on their seed. What has a bearing is that they are 3A in the west where a lot of overall 1 seeds are. KM is 3AA in west with only 2 teams that are 1 seeds from their conferences.
Facebook is 90% idiots unlike this board which is 85% idiots. I think everyone on here knew Crest would wind up with the 1 Seed. That's how it always works around here. It is what it is. I'm good with it.
On another note, if these "projections" are correct, how stupid is it if we have to travel to North Forsyth? They went 5-6 and are going to host a first round game while we went 9-2. Ridiculous.

That's what we're riled up about. Instead of simply seeding 1-16 they have to do the West/Midwest thing again and we're going to be penalized by being in the stronger region.

Well I know for a fact Eddie Taylor was the one who conducted the drawing. He had an envelope with 3 numbers....2, 3, and 4 in it. Burns drew first, Crest second, and KM took the third number.

Well i like the way things are setting up ....now it seems we may go to Forestview.... a team who is world beaters one week and pee wees the next. And why in the world is Eddie Taylor in play ....I thought he had long retired .
Taylor is the conference AD till the conference changes I believe. Nobody from Burns is thinking it was rigged. Just bad luck. As far as FB, I read some of the comments and its mostly from misinformed individuals that dont understand the process....lets not believe everything we read on the internet right?
Ok people we did not finish 4th in conference we tie for 2nd with crest and KM . 3rd in 3 A for seeding purposes only. There has to be a way to seed these teams and we are not always going to agree, hell look at the college play off format no one likes it . Finish undefeated and you can still be a 2 or 3rd seed. Luck of the draw. Let's just win baby !

Just spoke with someone at NCHSAA - Crest is the only one that gets a 1 seed. The other two are treated as at-large.
