Sad to see you already making excuses for the Red Raiders early struggles in 2016.
1. "Crest 4 star recruits"
2. "SP growing pains"
In the future you might also include:
1. Were small but tough.
2. Were not bad even though over 25% of our best players chose to go to Stuart Cramer.
3. Our coaches do not teach chop blocking. Our O Linemen just fall down a lot.

You have a very good point as in last year Crest had about six starters that never went to Crest Middle with Harbison,Green and Ramseur being their best players.This year already a running back from Gaffney and the new QB from Landrum makes it tough for the first game of the season.

Haha...this ^^^^^^^^ guy! Dodged??? In the 20 games leading up to us moving to 2A we went 16-4 against you guys....make sure you read that correctly.....16-4. When we dropped to 2A in 1997, our non-conference schedule was filled with the three 3A county opponents and an opening game against (at the time) 4A Freedom. Your opening week has been with Crest for sometime now correct? Come on seadog....I expect you to be more knowledgeable than that. Don't throw out blatant lies.
South Point messed up the 704 sweep last season. You need to step it up if you make the post season, or we need somebody with at least an intermediate passing game to rep small 3A(Kings Mtn?, Concord?). You can't win titles being one dimensional.
I know you can type out Shelby trivia as fast as a 12 year old Cleveland County girl running from her Uncle. The fact remains, Lion losses aplenty without the dodge. Even you realize that.
And 12 year old boys. Uncles find them both adorable and of age in Cleveland County.
I'm thinking 98 has done a lot of chasing. Good thing he was a lineman. Otherwise, the Cleveland County fair would be overcrowded and have many more exhibitions.

That other website has the almighty red raiders at 11th...guess they got no faith...but they also got rocky mount as 3rd which is a joke...crest might be top 5 but being number 2 is a stretch and havelock number one after that second round exit? Please...preseason polls suck.
Who cares. South Point gets no respect year after year and deep in the playoffs they go. Nobody had Belmont in the title game last year. Remember how Statesville and Kings Mountain would send them home?
SP wouldn't have gotten any more respect last year even if they had won in the finals.
SP has a few surprises this year. Finally learned the Cleveland County consolidation scheme that Crest used to win two straight. SP will be loaded this year assuming that all of the projected transfers take place.
You'll still blow it in the playoffs then it will be off to 2A land until the school is closed down.

The old rumor (back when Cramer opened), was that Belmont Middle would close and move into the South Point building. South Point students would go to Cramer and elsewhere. Who knows.
