East Burke could finish third in the conference with a win. Not sure if there is enough to make that happen but who would have thought they would be in this position two years ago? Or even last year?

Coach Brown has taken very, very little and made it work. That's what the man does. Outside of the elite Shelby and Crest he has been successful. Mainly offensively. An upset of Kings Mountain will shock the SMAC.

His work at EB has been very impressive. KM losing to EB wouldn't be that much of a shock since they seem to have one of these losses every year.

I wasn't very impressed by the Shelby defense at the Burns game. Crest should have no problem scoring. Also, Crest should be able to get stops at least every few drives against Shelby.

Well it sure helps to have Newell and Clark on the roster as well as the big ones up front . Those two kids start for anybody .
