Well guess I will have to be the one to start this thread. I never did get a thread started for the Q Foundation game but we did well in the first half, then got complacent. Despite the 28-0 win we had a lot of penalties that we have to cut down on. Two touchdowns were wiped out. We can't get by with all those penalties against just anyone. But if we play our game I think we can take the Huskies. GO BULLDOGS!

Huss will have some decent skill guys. We will have to do the typical stuff to win...IE no penalties negating big plays, and minimal turn overs.. If we dont shoot ourselves in the foot, I like our chances to win.

Yea, should be a win. It will definitely be a harder game than last week. Huss always fields athletes but never seem to put out together. Let's hope for an injury free game.

Lawn12, I have heard quite a few different versions of the pre game show at work and that is pretty bad considering I work in Gastonia. One guy is a loyal Burns fan who said the rumor is that the pre game show host is pissed because Burns did not use his "Marketing Company" for the programs this year. Cheap shots is what it sounds like to me but I do not know him. I will leave work at 5:30 and make an early appearance to the Huss foundation. Yes, DBD1 will be there. If you want to find me I will be wearing a shirt and shorts.
I don't know anything about that DBD but I do know that only 4 kids start at QB in our county and your job it to know HS football to do a pregame show. Obviously, the show was quite popular with Burns nation as several people have mention the it to me...but I just have fun with it. Who knows maybe the Crest QB will be Walter Blue this week. I will keep listening and maybe even call in.
Glad you are coming to the game. We should be fine if we cut down on the mistakes that we had last week. Congrats to Coach Leonhardt on the JV win last night, 8-6. That was a great game.
