Reason asking. ...i know Shelby has a powerful offense this year...The D fast but still few holes....But AC pretty good on offense too.there Qb scares me

Shelby will get their points. 35 or more. AC Reynolds QB and RB are really good. I expect a shootout between these two with Shelby having too many weapons. 38-28
Based on Ashbrook's showing last year there could be more separation in that game unless coach calls off the dogs really early.
The Shelby/AC matchup could be interesting. That QB/RB is the real deal but if Shelby survived Emmons they should get the W.
From all im hearing Huss is better than what their outing showed last week. East Lincoln will expose most teams in the area. Their skill is pretty good but young. Dogs should Win.
A Washington less East Gaston will put up a fight early but the size and depth of KM is too much and they roll.

Crest should destroy Ashbrook...but then again, they like to treat us like we're Duke, or its the super bowl sometimes when we play the gay wave...Still I think Ashbrook (with all the athletes) is going to roll over and this will be done by the 3rd quarter.
You just never know with Ashbrook. They look like hot garbage for weeks and then Crest comes around and they turn into a machine.
No predictions but I think the most compelling games on the list will be Shelby-AC and Butler-Mallard Creek. Butler is the only school to have handed MC a loss in the past few years I think.
Shelby's players refused to shake the Crest Player's hands at the toss last year. Nobody seemed to care. Is that a rule? They all shook hands at the end of the game. What's the big deal?

So you're saying it was the Crest players that painted up Shelby High School, not the idiot they arrested for painting up Shelby High School. That's how I read it. Like I said it didn't matter to us. We thought it was funny. RJ paid for not shaking hands, many times over. That was funny too.
I'm sure there is no rule on this but these young men represent their school and community when they put that jersey on.
It is sportsmanship and their decision when to show it. If they shook hands and then proceeded to try and show up the other team the entire game would it matter?
The pregame stuff always seemed forced and unnecessary to me. After the game if you want to shake hands and what not then go ahead.
I think you need to shake hands and if your ticked off at what a fan did then take out your frustrations on the field. If you start showing disrespect before the game and its deemed justified, before you know it you'll have kids acting like a fool after the game if they should lose. Its about teaching character not just wins. Just my opinion and everybody has one.

But, the worst beating you ever saw a QB take was the year before when they loaded RJ up in the meat wagon and took him to Cleveland Regional, after getting drilled over and over and over and over again.. Willie played his next game RJ did not.
In fact in those two games RJ managed to get the Lions a 1 TD and two field goals.............. Pitiful, but he's a LEGEND!
