This would be a huge get, it feels like duke was behind the whole recruiting cycle for these two. Many “insiders” said it wasnt happening months ago. These two don’t need nil so I doubt that’s even a factor, Jon must be one helluva closer
NIL is definitely a factor even with Carlos as their pops. But you can’t underestimate the power of Duke’s NIL program for elite prospects - thank you Rachel Baker. But Jon is the best recruiter in the country and I’m not sure it’s close.

Remarkable that on 24/7, all 5 "experts", all of whom have high rates of accuracy, are calling it for Duke, but only at a moderate confidence level. Does that improve their reputation if they guess, but admit they aren't sure? That's kind of worthless in my opinion.

Frankly 3 more guys, Acaden, Henderson and perhaps a Big, and I think we're in good shape. I'm hoping we get back 2 of the freshman wings, Ngongba, MAYBE one of the two guards, and bring in 2 transfers. We'd be set.
Are we still recruiting Ament or does Cam cancel that one out?

Woo hoo! Slept in as it's my day off and woke up to the good news. Timo you called it! So they are a PG and a PF correct? Who would you compare them to? I have not seen them play. Welcome to Duke young men. Someone on the other board compared him to Banchero. Is the PG good enough to start next year? This must be discouraging for Miami. Big get for Jon and the coaching staff in the post NIL world; the chatter on rival boards that Jon's recruiting would fall off after a few years does not seem to be happening.

Huge. Cameron Boozer is going to be an absolute star next year. Cayden will be a good player too.
They are both good defenders from what I have read today. The PG has been described as a streaky shooter, but a very good passer. The footage I saw of the PF (sorry I get their names confused) reminded me of a bigger Battier. They both seem to have college ready frames.
