Think this applies to 99% of schools. Duke ain’t one of them. Don’t see Scheyer having a recruiting class with less than 3-4 Freshman depending on the year. Will still leave room to get a portal play or two. It’s tough for Duke to go after just any good portal kid. The school and culture weed out a lot of guys, and Duke has always been a school that invests a lot of time in recruiting players which isn’t always available in the portal.

Duke also want be blatantly giving kids $500k to come play for a year like the Miami, Bama, Arkansas, & Kentucky’s of the world.
