***DUKE VS GEORGIA TECH OFFICIAL GAMEDAY THREAD***

[K-oach Q]

Man when this team locks in defensively we are damn scary

[Showenuff]

I love Lil Goldy, really growing fast.

[tp394]

This is how championship teams respond to opponents coming out on fire!! I love how they just took control.

[DukeDenver]

Goldwire!!!! Love this kid..

It seems like he took four steps on that layup.

[Kingbluedevil]

Dang I like our defense. Goldwire and Jones law firm

[BOOGIEMAN1914]

Wheeeeewwwwww....i thought goldy was about botch that layup attempt...lol....this defense is outstanding!!!!!

[DiehardDukeFan4Life]

I love Goldwire every time he gets a steal that leads to a fast break he looks like he’s going to throw down a dunk then he shoots a layup. lol

[Shatterthesky22]

Good run. Couple more stops and buckets and this one is over.

[DukeDenver]

Good run. Couple more stops and buckets and this one is over.

23 more minutes of stops and scores and we’ve got this one.

[germantondevil]

Hurt!!!! Great shot

[Louisville Crazie]

Hurt is starting to get comfortable within the offense. He’s gonna be a nice weapon going forward.

[dbav]

The Reaper! I liked Goldwire's reaction.

[CRAZIE4LIFE]

Alex is playing well for the most part

[Showenuff]

Alex with the hatchet!

[germantondevil]

Dang slim reaper auditioning for sports center!!!!

[dbav]

At this pace we hold them to less than 60.

[OldasdirtDevil]

Is this Duke team badass or what?

[nets on nets on nets]

Is Tre Goldwire slowly becoming Tyus/Quinn, Jon/Nolan, Jay/Duhon???

[JohnstonCDevil]

Is Tre Goldwire slowly becoming Tyus/Quinn, Jon/Nolan, Jay/Duhon???

The 2 of them together are hell on opposing guards. Oh how sweet it is!!!!

[skysdad]

Nice 1st half after a slow start. Really happy to see Alex having a good game. OFC

[dukesince91]

Man, I love watching this TEAM play ball. They all contribute one way or another and genuinely seem so excited for the individual success of each other.

[mo.st.dukie]

Is Tre Goldwire slowly becoming Tyus/Quinn, Jon/Nolan, Jay/Duhon???

Not as prolific of a scoring tandem as those others but defensively and running the team, yes.

[dbav]

Is Tre Goldwire slowly becoming Tyus/Quinn, Jon/Nolan, Jay/Duhon???

Tyus/Quinn for me. The others were much better scoring duos.

[500HP_Devil]

I swear Hurt’s shot reminds me of Larry Bird’s

They’re okay I guess. I mean it’s not like they lead the nation in scoring margin or are completely dominating teams on the road or anything. Did I mention there are no dominant teams this year? Not one single one.

[Mac9192]

I love Lil Goldy, really growing fast.

Kid is tough as nails. Kind of kid K loves. Earns every minute.

[Kingbluedevil]

I can't wait to see these guards play against the cheats. 30 turnovers

[dukiejay]

Thank gawd all of our guys didn’t transfer like we thought they would.

[Shatterthesky22]

Anthony will be playing then so, more like 30 for him alone.

Haha, Shatter! Yep, if this team were wearing the uniforms down the road, they would be erecting statutes of them already. Well, at least a couple of banners!

I don’t want to say it but, you know who this team reminds me of? 2015 UK but, more gifted offensively.

[Louisville Crazie]

Horrible start to the half. Sloppy

[BOOGIEMAN1914]

Alright.Regroup

[JohnstonCDevil]

Starting the 2nd half the same way we started the game! Settle down and pull away!!!
OFC

[LetsGoDuke83]

I hate blowing a double digit lead so fast

[SwatX1]

more gifted offensively.

So this isn’t “the least gifted” team K has ever coached?

[dukiejay]

[Insert overused sports cliche here to describe the start of this half.]

[DukeRulesBasketball]

Dang! They are back in it!!

[OldasdirtDevil]

Our guys must have been reading DI during halftime. Need to refocus.

OFC

[Showenuff]

Man we are flat as hell, wake up!
