Javin with the record?

I think the record is 21 in a row....held by Alaa Abdelnaby. Javin, if my math is correct, is currently at 18.
Side note....I think he was saved by a whistle last night. He went up and it looked like he had his shot blocked early in the second half but a foul was called. That saved the streak.

Javin has a field goal percentage of 88.2% on the year. Obviously the best shooter on the team.
As good as Javin has been at times, I still prefer Bolden at the 5. I think he's been much more productive in his minutes there.
I agree with this sentiment. Bolden has guarded perimeter styled bigs as well as Javin and has shown a better offensive game.
It’s a nice problem to have though. All of Duke’s bigs have been excellent in their roles and it was supposedly a “glaring weakness” in the preseason.
He's made 19 straight. He also made his last attempt against Stetson.
I agree. I don’t have stats, but my personal opinion is Bolden does more for us. Glad we have both players.

The women apparently took that to mean something else, and were literally shouting out their bids. It was total chaos.

One thing I love about Bolden is his blocks don't go flying out of bounds. They usually end up a fast break for us, which is awesome.
The fact that we are talking about Javin clawing for ANY type of positive offensive record - this “late” in the season speaks volumes to not only his progress over the offseason and start of the year, but I can’t help but to think speaks volumes to the unselfishness & passing game our team seems to be providing him to be able to put up the numbers allowing him to vie for the record.
Javin and Bolden combined for 20 points on 8 of 9 shooting, 15 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Yeah, I am kind of liking this combo.
lol obviously I was joking. Javin isn't a shooter, but his two-foot shots are certainly effective.
Lol! That was pretty obvious that you were kidding.
It really is a sign of the team that he's about to get this record. Means he has a lot of open layups.
And, from the other night, he has 19 in a row, I believe, and the announcers were saying that he was one away from the ACC record which means the record is 20 - if those guys were correct.
