Our second exhibition game of next year’s team is on ESPN2 at 5pm today. Looks like Zion still has a cast on his hand in all the pictures this week so guessing he won’t play.

Believe Barrett is sitting this event out as well due to rest. He did win the national championship last Saturday, and I'm assuming it was quite the grind to get through that.

Oh no! Hadn’t heard that. I was excited to see everybody on the same team.

Good chance to watch Tre and Reddish

Tre and Reddish both looked good. Tre showed he’s by far the best PG and Reddish showed he has that fire to play defense on Little. Was a joke how people just gave Emmitt “Baby Facer Raper” Williams the ball to just dunk the ball. Dude literally didn’t cross half court the majority of the time to somewhat play defense so he could get free slams.

Little is a good athlete and has an edge. I was like the rest wanted to see him shoot a jumper or a three. Tre looked good and Reddish plays great however it’s like he’s playing with no effort but is actually playing good if that makes sense.

Little and Zion went at each other hard in the McDonalds game as well as Little and Barret. Reddish broke Littles ankles on the three but As Little attacked off the dribble looked like Reddish although it was like a pick up game couldn’t stay in front of him

What I liked the most was that CR and TJ were the two best "playmakers" on the court. Both seem to have the highest basketball IQ on the court, knowing where to go and what to do. They will play incredibly well together.
.
UNCheat's players, White and Little, are incredibly skilled players. Both are athletic, aggressive, and skilled. And neither one can or will pass the ball. Both are score first guys. If Roy would turn them lose, from day 1, they'd be pretty dangerous come March. But Roy will shackle them somewhat (White moreso than Little). Regardless, neither White Nor Little have the IQ of our guys on the court.

I don't know that Roy will fully utilize him, but Little is UNC's best player the moment he steps on campus.

Other than one on one grudge match defense, there was very little defense being played. Shocking for an All-Star game I know. ;)

What makes you say that last sentence? I think both squads have some high IQ kids coming in next year.

Little has a chip on his shoulder....you can just tell the kid is playing a bit harder than some of the others. It is kind of like playing hard in the Pro Bowl. I don't blame him though...and he does look talented. He has been playing these all star games at a higher motor than most IMO.

I think both Little and White can score more, and have a larger personal impact on the game, than their respective counterparts. Little can probably score and rebound better than either RJ or CR, and White looks like an elite scoring threat relative to TJ. But I don't think either UNC recruit can make other players better. With the ball in their hands, your guys are elite (for frosh). Better than CR and TJ for sure, and maybe RJ (when factoring perimeter shooting and defense). But CR and TJ will make their teammates better, from day 1, than either of your kids. Little will be a stud from day 1, and White will be dangerous eventually (looks a little inconsistent from 3, too many 6-7 games followed by multiple games of 2-9). And your team will be full of upperclassmen who don't NEED facilitators to get them shots.
.
Duke will have inexperienced, though talented players. As good as Zion and RJ are, along with AOC, each of those guys will need someone to set the table for them. Your guys couldn't do that for the rest of our guys.
.
But Little was the SF Duke needed last year. He's going to be a great player, but I don't see the team enhancer UNC is used to seeing from its upperclassmen stars.
