Duval can break down the defense but our bigs are not set to receive the pass. I thought White played well.
At least he can play outside giving Carter more room to move with four shooters on the perimeter.
Carter and Trent go off for 20 points this half

Go up 6, and completely piss our pants. Coupled with a terrible to by our sr captain.

That is how you lose games on the road.

This game has gotten ugly as hell. K needs to settle them in here

This team just seems to sometimes self destruct.
Allen misses layup, Duval has a terrible turnover under their basket, Carter misses layup and then Allen has bad turnover leading to a layup. Up 46-40 they just relax instead of playing smart to break the game open.

Does this sound make our defense a lot a lot better. Switching to zone may have just gave us a very good chance at winning the title. Teams habe stuffled shooting against us since we went to zone. Teams driving into paint shots are being challenged. Looks like the Michigan state game all over again.

Honestly like what I’m seeing so far. We have had so many stretches where we can’t score or have a bad offensive possession where this team would typically lose focus on defense. Instead we are buckling down, talking and out efforting them. Love what Duval has done today, he’s playing great defense and hustling all the time. They’ve obviously adjusted to try to shut down Grayson in this half but hopefully he gets going a little bit and we should be fine.

I’m not a huge fan of the zone...but man does it at least keep us in games...we at least get some stops...so it’s a lot better than what’s been happening in Man 2 Man

This team is so good on the offensive side, even just a few more stops makes a HUGE difference and the zone does that. Definitly makes them take tougher % shots.
