Rick Pitino is suing the University of Louisville for $38 million dollars for breach of contract and "unfair firing"

I actually think he has a point here. Yes, he broke rules like crazy, but I think the University wanted him to do things that way. I think he was just doing his job, winning games, albeit dirty as heck. I'm sure his bosses knew his tactics were questionable. They only fired him when he got exposed.

The crazy thing is, if he wasn't mentioned in the files and they really have no proof he had his hands in it. I expect this to be settled out of court.

Given his history especially after the stripper ordeal, one would think they did it out of necessity rather then proof.

Didn't the FBI say they had proof that 90% of the money went to him? And that they had him on recorded phone calls making deals?

No only the assistant. He's actually suing the university and when he was put on leave he opened a law suit against the management company for decimation of character.

Ok...I could have sworn I heard they had proof that 90% of the money went directly to Pitino.
