LOVE LOVE LOVE our ACC schedule. Every tough opponent we get at home, very friendly road schedule.
Given our talent, think there is a shot to go undefeated in the league (doubtful given our youth, but the talent will be there.) Other than UNC, toughest road game....Pittsburgh maybe? Miami?? Oh man we never win in Coral Gables.

This is definitely Duke's easiest conference schedule since expansion.

They will still drop some games because the ACC is really good, but this doesn't resemble the gauntlet they have had some years (like last year).

I'm happy to see Duke having a favorable ACC schedule, while the cheats have to run the gauntlet. I think Duke drops 2 in the ACC and goes into the NCAA tourney with 4 losses of the year. Meanwhile, the holes will probably drop 8 or 9 games in the ACC.

It would make my year, no make my life in the heels lost 31 games this year. OFC

I'd be happy with a sub .500 year for them. Just think of that thr board going nuts. Talking about whining about the refs. That's one thing I'm gonna miss about lurking thr and that's the whining about the refs every time they lose and win. OFC

The only thing that can top that is UNC losing 2 banners, Duke beating UNC at the Nose Dome 82-50, Duke winning the title, and listening to Roy reflect on how the season went!

Definitely not Pittsburgh. They have 0 starters coming back, 2 returning scholarship players, and have filled-out their 2018 team with a bunch of 3-star prospects. I would be surprised if they win 10 games this season.

A very manageable road schedule; we get several teams on the road which will struggle to make the NCAAs. Nothing is a guarantee, but I certainly think the schedule helps our chances at winning the regular season title. Here's how I would rank the difficulty of the road games:

1. Miami
2. UNC
3. Virginia Tech
4. Wake Forest
5. Georgia Tech
6. Boston College (they will not be a bottom-dweller this year)
7. Clemson (we have lost the lost two times in Clemson, however)
8. NC State
9. Pittsburgh

Larranaga has certainly had the better hand against us since taking over the Miami program. We did beat them on the road in 2014, however, with Jabari Parker and Rodney Hood.

Dang we always have the easiest acc schedule, not to mention the cakewalks in the tourney......

Can't believe they scheduled us to play games on several opposing teams' courts. Thought K never did that.

I'm having a hard time finding a loss on this schedule (though after seeing some teams in action I think I will see who can trip us up and how our team chemistry is).

If unCHEATS loses every game this year they will blame it on the following:
1 The refs screwed them
2 The hardest schedule in all of college basketball
3 Coach K has the refs in his pocket
4 It doesn't matter about winning or losing, it's all about family and grades
5 The refs hate them
6 The rat fink and his bag mag man Capel recruit over their player
7 Roy develops his player for the NBA
8 Berry, everyone's pre season POY is trying to share the glory
9 Roy is only concerned about the winning NCAA tournament
10 And finally, winning is secondary to UNC and Roy, its all about developing winners for the future of mankind

I would say possibly Miami. Duke always seems to have a tough time down there and Miami has a couple good guys like Lonnie Walker and Deng Gak! Not sure who is returning on Miami though.

Miami is going to be very good, that game will be as tough as any on Duke's schedule. Plus, it will be Miami's one sellout this season.

skysdad runs the "nanner puddin" thing into the ground. He probably has mentioned the stuff in 25,000 post. He probably made it up . OFC

At miami is probably the toughest game cuz we tend to lose there. Not playing at lville or FSU is nice! Three games I could potentially see us losing but that's all. Of course we will slip up in a game but it should be a lot of W's

Loved when Wade, Lebron and Kobe showed for Duke at Miami few years back. Larragna told his team they were there to see the Canes. Yup, bet those guys showed up a lot for UM home games.
