Carolina just scores to easy. It will take a heavy weight to take them down I'm afraid. If IU can't ND and Brey might be able to make it interesting but they will have to get by a pesky WI team first

Yeah I think IU will have a difficult time stopping them in the paint. And UNC wears you down in there and forces their will. Unless IU has a remarkable shooting night from perimeter, which is possible, they won't be able to keep up with the Heels. I'd say something like 83-71.

UNC is dang good. I hate them. But they are really good. Kansas and UVA are the teams that can beat them. Outside of us of course.

Meanwhile, St. Joe's has just tied Oregon at 45....just over 10 minutes remaining.

If Oregon goes on to win this game against St Joe's the West Region will be the only Region that has all 4 top seeds in the Sweet 16. Even if Oregon loses the West Region will still be the only Region with at least 3 of the top 4 seeds in the Sweet 16 but everyone is already crying that Duke got the easy road again just because we didn't have to play Baylor but we are the only team that will have to play their Region's 1 seed in the Sweet 16 then possibly the 2 seed in the Elite 8.

Yeah they've been playing really good. They have never really been down by too much in this game.

I'm actually glad Oregon won because that whole "Duke always gets the easiest path to the Final Four" won't hold any water with the other top 3 seeds in the West Region making it to the Sweet 16 too. Ironically the highest seed that UNC will have to play in the Sweet 16 and/or Elite 8 will be a 5 seed. Also if UVA wins their Sweet 16 game then they'll either play a 10 seed or an 11 seed in the Elite 8. The South Region is the only other Region that has at least 3 of their top 4 seeds in the Sweet 16 and the other team is the 5 seed.

There could be (and most likely, will be) 6 ACC teams in the Sweet 16.. How often have 6 or more teams from the same conference been in the Sweet 16?
