Whatever GA is, SRO?

They sold out the center section in end zone, & three sections on the east side. But some of that is probably band seating, and seats they aren't selling on the east side.

I believe there are some sections designated as GA on the East side of the stadium (maybe end zone too?).

Does it really matter? As long as there are butts in seats its a good thing.

It matters, knowing what sold out tells you what didn't. Gives you an idea about what attendance might be.

GA is the cheap seats. So is EZone, and there are medium amount of seats left there. A lot of the West side is low on seats.(That's good.) It means a lot more towards the size of the crowd than just that we sold out GA.

I just hope all these seats they are selling have butts in them rather than no shows. Sold no shows is good for budget, sold butts is good for everything.

Hey if I’m feeling it, I may try to get the Golden…Hurricane chant going. So if you see some idiot trying to get people to join in, that might be me. Lol

I know there were either giveaways or big blocks sold to businesses. St. Francis gave tix to employees.

I believe 107 is as well (according to the map on the website)
If I read the map correctly, 107 is the only section that is GA. But they don't color code 102 & 103, where the band and students set, so that is probably GA as well. The center section of the end zone is not GA, but also is sold out.

Take a look at the tickets showing available on the web site. Looks like a good crowd overall.

I wouldn’t be expecting DeKalb to send many, if any folks to the game directly.

I just looked as well for more than six tickets together in a section. Only ones available are in 104 or 105 east side between the 40s, 116 (10-30 yard line) or 118 (40-50 yard line) west side, and 112 and 110 in EZ.

My beef is the empty midfield seats on the east side
That is the tv view and a long term eyesore

Agreed. They should let the GA ticket holders move to those seats once there is 7 minutes left in Q1.

Someone gave me 4 extras over there that will probably go unused. But maybe I will swap over there for a while.

My season tickets are in 105 on the top row (more leg room). Some games there will be several rows of empties below us. We're talking between the 40 and 50 yard line. It's puzzling.

The price on my game tickets are $35, which is reasonable. And you can get a tan to boot.

The tan is the issue probably
I never understand why fans don’t move to the open seats
I get why TU can’t promote that actively
Ditto folks in the upper deck in the basketball arena
