No. WTH kind of question is that? Maybe Ark State and Memphis have a rivalry since they're fairly close together but it's more like our "rivalry" with OSU and Arkansas. They don't view it as a rivalry even though we are the closest FBS school to both of them and share media markets and have a crazy venn diagram of a fan base, and we do. Ark State isn't in the AAC so there's no rivalry there like we enjoy with SMU and Houston. And we don't play each other often enough for it to be or even build into a rivalry. At least we can say we've got Arkansas and OkState on the schedule pretty consistently over the next decade.

I don’t think it was a serious post.

With his negative view of Tulsa football and it’s potential, Stigler seems to be a troll from another school.

They have played 6 times since 1978. Who in their right mind would call this a rivalry game?
