Been awhile since I’ve seen a Grapes of Wrath reference and on point too. Lots of errors in that book that you would expect from someone from Salinas California writing about Oklahoma but one of my favorites.

Always like that trip... the nearby Pappadeaux makes it worthwhile...

Unfortunately we have a baseball tourney that weekend. NJ is having a good fall campaign 3-1 with a 2.1 ERA.. hoping to catch the eye of a coach somewhere..

Yup.. i thought i was going to have a drop back passer..or a power forward.. instead, i got a pitcher.. he is now 6-3 200# with hands half again as big as mine..

I miss cb and his tailgates.. he was the glue that kept us all together..
