Rewatching last nights game on dvr (yes I do that) and the crowd looks way more blue than orange on tv. Really great atmosphere in the Reynolds center last night!
The roar that filled the arena on DMFJ's dunk at the end was loud, even on TV. TU needs to do something to keep the student section filled like that for every game. When it is and the students are engaged in the game, it is such a better atmosphere.

And screw the blue hairs who sit on their hands all game. If every game could have that feel Haith wouldn't have to beg local kids to come play at TU (speaking of, does anyone know if Bryce and Rod were at the game?)

We might as well forget about Thompson. SMU offered so everyone else will stop recruiting him since he’ll follow in the footsteps of Milyon, McDowell, Landrum and Chargois. Lol

Do they still have the same budget to pay recruits that they had under brown? I would think losing Brown might make them have to reduce their payments.

They weren't paying them, just having someone else complete their classes for them.

Lol that’s right up there with “no officer I haven’t been drinking” or “of course I wasn’t looking at that model’s butt, dear.”

Whatever happened to Landrum? Everyone here was all hot for him then it was gloom and doom when he signed with SMU. He seemed to really disappoint at SMU then left after his freshman year, did he land somewhere else?

Had to listen to the game on internet radio live but recorded it. Watching the replay today I was impressed with Horne down the stretch. Even though he was on the bench, after playing well most of the game, was the first guy to congratulate teammates when they came over during the timeouts. Great attitude.

PLEASE video guy/gal, add the Jeffries dunk to the pre-game video, and take out the empty seat highlights. Those are a downer.
