Kiper was asked who the top 3 players in the country were and he mentioned Oliver from Houston but went on to say the best game to watch him against good competition was against us.
Kiper: It's Houston at home against Tulsa on Thursday, Oct. 4. That's a prime-time game on ESPN. Here's why you should watch: Tulsa has two seniors along the interior who were named second-team all-conference last season -- center Chandler Miller and guard Tyler Bowling. Oliver is a game-wrecker, but he'll have his work cut out for him. Keep an eye on how quickly he gets off the ball. It's an elite first step.

That elite 1st step had him a yard off-sides, not to mention 12 or 13 men on the field at the end of the Houston game in '16. Sorry, I can't forget & never will! TU Football: 1st,last,always!

In his college career thus far, I don't think anyone has played Oliver better than TU. Gouged them right up the middle with Flanders and Brewer 2 years ago in H-Town. Screwed by refs at the end. Then we beat him in Tulsa last year.

Looking forward to seeing how we handle the front 7 of Texas. By far the best group we will see this year.

You mean you are looking forward to seeing how they handle our success. We will be able to run the ball early. Which will make them start playing dirty like Texas always does ....
