I'm setting this up the night before the start of the B1G Tourney, so that everyone knows the plans, has the links, etc.

Please use the thread for all pre-tournament, in-session, and post-session discussion for the 2023 B1G Wrestling Tournament.

When:
March 4, 10:00 pm EST

Where:
Crisler Center, Ann Arbor, MI

TV:
BTN

Video Streaming:
For subscribers, you can stream it via B1G+ (This enables you to dictate which mat you watch, whereas with the BTN TV coverage you are at the whim of the BTN producer as to what mat is on the broadcast.)

Audio Streaming:
The radio PBP, with Jeff Byers at the mic, will be streamed for free. The pre-Session portion of the broadcast will begin at 9:40 am EST, with the actual PBP of the matches taking place at 10:00 am EST. You can access the audio stream at:

Team Scoring:
The best place to track the team scoring is the Penn State Wrestling Club web site. The link for the team scoring is:

PBP:
Unfortunately, I'll be reffing all day, so I'm out for PBP. @GregPickelis has indicated that he'll be covering the action (from home, not from the Crisler Center). Hopefully, several of you will also step forward and provide some PBP, or some analysis, or some comments on each match. As always, I remind you to please include the score for the match, and the team score for the dual, in your posts, or provide some context (wrestler, school, and weight class) beyond just "that's not a takedown." It also helps to give folks a heads up as to what mat a PSU wrestler will be wrestling on. You can usually get that info from Ironhead's audio PBP, from Penn State Wrestling's twitter account, or from TrackWrestling.

I only get a couple of breaks from reffing, but after grabbing a drink or something to eat, I'll be checking out what is posted in this thread to see how each PSU wrestler is doing.

Woke up to my dog attempting to put me in a max Dean esque bow and arrow because she was hungry for breakfast. Gonna be a great day.

I even tried downloading the Varsity Network app that is the defacto advertisement whenever I try to listen to the LionVision feed and it's not working there either. For what it's worth, I can never get the LionVision App to actually work on my iPhone or iPad and end up trying to use the website link.

Very disappointing......... How do we get in touch with this AD Kraft so he can get his act together and get this debacle fixed. It is great he gets front row seats and screams like a absolute nut, but the rest of us who rely on Byers get screwed.

I've tried a few different work arounds now to find Byers, to no avail. If anyone figures something out, please share.

This is horseshit. I was able to find a crappy fm radio in the storage closet at work and Byers is on the radio here in State College somewhere around 103 or 104 FM. It's a dial radio so I can't give you the exact frequency.

And just like that! Boy what a disappointment from Gary. Not that I had expectations, but sheesh this is awful.

Teske wins at 133. He'll see RBY in the quarters. RBY pinned him earlier this year.

Maryland's Braxton Brown looks really good. I guess that's what you get from the number seven kid.

click on events, click on search, type in big ten. it's result 1

I appreciate it. I did a search earlier for "big" and I got nothing for some reason.

Edit: I just like knowing who is coming up. I have one laptop with dual monitors, one mutli-mat and one with a tab for each individual and then my MacBook Pro for message boards and mat assignments so I would see PSU guys on the multi-mat anyway and could go from there.
