Pete was a former NFL HC before he became a college coach, which is why I think he isn't on this list.

Interesting that Denver wants to go with a DC as head coach again. I keep hearing that an offensive minded HC is the way to go in the NFL. Denver had good results with John Fox, not so good with Vic Fangio.

That seems smart. They should give Allen a workable QB and another season. If Brady leaves Tampa, then the Saints will be a favorite to win that division with a real QB.
That would be a real coup. But would the Saints “trade” Payton within the NFC? And would the Bidwells pay for a coach?
