I'm officially retired from hosting tailgates in the Blue Lot.

We have moved to Yellow. I'll visit tailgates, participate in the Boardwalk, and get out of the lot quicker than 90minutes post game time.

Titanium > Platinum. Lets you drive right under the recruiting deck. But don’t let them bring you out to your seat on the horse…he will buck you.

Has anyone try to select their parking today? My window opened up and either it crashes when I try to select the lot or when I get to the credit card to pay, the transaction never processes. I have the same issues over the past 2 hours. I have a call into my ticket rep. Just curious if anyone has had any of the same issues.

I never got an e-mail with the link so I had to call my rep and we took care of it over the phone. Not sure what happened because the notifications have been pretty good for me lately. If it wasn't for this board, I wouldn't have known.

I was away from a computer at my allotted time slot and called the ticket office and they took care of my request over the phone and sent an email confirmation
My ticket rep called me back and took care of it on the phone. I used the Parking selection online last year and it worked.

I received my email this morning with my day and time slot, and a link to log in, but the website never worked for me today. It worked last year.

It happened to me yesterday... and for the past several months. Whenever I try to buy tix for RU events on the website, I get a message that states:

We were unable to process your order. Please check your information and try again later.

I always have to contact my ticket rep. Very frustrating.

It happened to me yesterday... and for the past several months. Whenever I try to buy tix for RU events on the website, I get a message that states:

We were unable to process your order. Please check your information and try again later.

I always have to contact my ticket rep. Very frustrating.
65 plus million now from the B1G and yet this ticket office/on line system just continues to stink.

Not just tix sales but links to other stuff so outdated like schedules. Etc. Its embarrassing.

My online (lol) renewal had to be done manually.. not like I haven't renewed the last 50 years.. (yeah I know.. the first 25 years were easy)
