My company does hybrid, but we go in 5 days every other week. Works out better for me than doing a hybrid (ex. 3 days each week) since I can buy a weekly train pass. Much cheaper that way.

Just when you think you've seen it all, bam, @Plum Street makes another spot-on prediction. The guy is beyond legendary at this point - he's immortal.

Ignore the haters, Plum. You're on a different level and they're just jealous. He'll most of them though Ash was great. #PlumGOAT

Except they are not willing to put a price on it.
I think the issue is that the power has gone back to the companies since they all are officially badge tracking. I have co-workers that have been remote for 20 years and were told they had to go into an office because of that. Remote roles are very hard to find right now. I had to get permanent exceptions for a bunch of my employees and it was not easy.

Truth ! Thanks for realizing it. Amazing how some posters don’t respect accurate predictions. It’s one thing to not like the home run trots, but to say predictions or takes are wrong when they are correct is mind boggling.

Drive MrScrew & I have done that drive a few times. Really not that bad. We start midday & drive until we're tired. Find a hotel off of 95 for the night & finish up in the morning. We usually drive straight through coming home.

We're doing a shorter version to Wilmington NC in June.
I live 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and drive up to NJ several times a year. If you need any suggestions/ recommendations for the drive or things to do in Wilmington, let me know.
