I just did. Sanders had better numbers across the board this season. Yards. TD's. Int's. Completion %.
Thanks, 05. I'm thinking vk might have just been goofing as I think he knows I have a PhD in stats.

Clearly Sanders' stats are superior. Ewers' team had an excellent season, but then again, I think they just put 12 guys into the NFL draft.

Let's pretend for a moment there aren't huge personality, character and talent differences between Eli and Shadeur.

Eli was repped by a respected and experienced agent. Shadeur showed up with his father as his agent, who had no experience in that capacity.

Like Giants coach said, Sanders showed up unprepared and didn't take interview seriously.

If he has the talent, he is now in a qb starved town and can still be a hero rather than the heel his father set him up to be with jokes about the Browns ahead of the draft

But that wasn’t the question that was posed.

This is an actual quote:

“"The [Lil] Wayne [locker room] concert was the final straw for a few players who hit the transfer portal," a source told Corder. "When Coach Prime told us we all had to be there to support Shedeur as a rapper, they were not happy at all. To be honest, it was nothing but a huge distraction and Daddy Ball was being played."

NFL GMs have no time for this BS, and it would 100% follow Sanders to the NFL
Again...I don't care what allegedly happened in college with his Dad who was known to be pretty flamboyant back in the day, as the coach. There will be no rappers, strippers, pimps or whatever else anyone wants to come up with sauntering through the Cleveland Browns locker room.

Tomlin passed on him at #123 instead picking Jack Sawyer should tell you something. Meanwhile taking Will Howard at #185. The Steelers active QB's are Mason Rudolph. Skylar Thompson & the Ghost of Aaron Rodgers (unsigned & possibly sitting in a Dark Room somewhere) .

Sanders is tough & an accurate passer was hoping the Giants or Jets would have gone after him. But pretty much think he was drafted at the right time.

So happy they passed on him!

But that wasn’t the question that was posed.

The question posed ia difficult to answer. A name change by itself doesn't modify the way he approached the draft, his attitude or his father's attitude so I doubt it. If he grows up a Manning, he has a different life and is a different person, for better or worse. That's beyond the scope of the discussion which is focused on people as they are rather than how they might be.

Deon is a successful coach. He is a great recruiter. He was an entertaining analyst. He was a hell of a football.player. He apparently is a terrible agent. One of the worst ever. He is highly successful at some things. It doesnt mean he can do everything. Is it more likely a first time agent did a poor job advising his client or all 32 owners colluded to send a message about.... I'm not sure what to be honest? Something I guess?

WTH are you talking about ? Eli approached the draft worse than shader and didn’t matter. Talent and last name mattered

all those talking heads saying just ignore him being unprepared and not taking interview seriously are idiots. they do it for a reason . there is more than just talent involved obviously.

No just talent. Eli had it, Sanders doesn't. And you keep missing everyone's point. If he acted more like Eli who was open to interviews and working out for teams maybe he gets picked a round or two earlier. He was never going to be a first or second pick.
Also you keep saying Eli was worse which is a joke! Eli wasn't interested in playing for the San Diego Chargers who were a dumpster fire back then.
Deon had eliminated half the NFL teams before the draft and then made it all of them. Finally after 4+ rounds they changed their minds and end up with being on one of the all time worst franchises!
I don't understand your love affair with Shedeur and his dad as an agent.
Plum is dumb, seriously on this topic!
