Friends kid goes there. He’s speaking to her. She says 3 shooters. Students are being loaded on buses and moved to stadium
And unfortunately many want to break some sensational story around a narrativeProblem with early reports is that the media is piecing things together from scanner chatter in real time. That and random eyewitness accounts from people who traumatized and in fear.
Yup, be first, not necessarily correct. And unfortunately many want to break some sensational story around a narrative
Condolences to the FSU family.

Hopefully you aren’t getting your info from your conference realignment sources!!!Now hearing conflicting info
1 shooter arrested and in hospital
2 dead - not students apparently?
Shooter was a student
Few others injured and in surgery, expected to be ok
Don't know what to believe at this stage
Terrible turn of events all around
President briefing at 4:30 (not sure if Trump or FSU president McCoullough)
It looks like it will be at FSU. I think wait for that to happen - other information is way too fluid and incomplete. Now hearing conflicting info

Enforce gun laws
Put people in jail for a long time for any gun violation
Actually care about mental health and most of this goes away.
And what gun law would have prevented a sheriff’s deputy son from taking his gun?Gun laws are in need of a big fix. Not going to happen, though. 'Merica! Sad....
Three weapons. And what gun law would have prevented a sheriff’s deputy son from taking his gun?
1 hand gun.Three weapons.
Sure enough. That and access to weapons, and ammo. There's so much that we don't know about this shooting. But if I am a betting man, addressing mental health is probably a good place to start.

What fix? We don't even enforce the laws we have on the books now. Adding more wont do anything. I’m not a fan of guns, would never own one, but know enough people who do. They are never giving them back. And to be honest, since Covid out government and governments across the globe have done a great illustrating exactly why we need guns.Gun laws are in need of a big fix. Not going to happen, though. Because don't just wake up and say. Hey, I'm going to kill people today. Signs are missed or ignored. I'm sure we will hear about issues sooner than later. And what gun law would have prevented a sheriff’s deputy son from taking his gun?
And he took them from his fatherThree weapons.
His mother....And he took them from his father
Great job avoiding the question
So I’ll ask again…what law would have prevented this?

Meds thing is crazy. Was at Coachella for a bit this past weekend and saw Green Day. The shorty of a lead singer dedicated a song to all of the people on medication and the entire crowd went crazy. Truly bizarre times.109 people were shot (19 dead) in Chicago last July 9.
Its not a gun law issue because strong ones get violated all the time by criminals who feel cool .
Gov policies broke families beginning in the 60s and rise in crime went up.
Then the violence and criminality were excused for the perps ("there there its not your fault").
Causes and blame were transferred to others (political motives).
Then a whole entertainment culture loves the gangster vibe and promotes it.
Then kids cant get close to reading and math levels
Then political flames are fanned routinely for selfish reasons
1 in 7 people are on meds.
Society has been made crazy on purpose.
People weren't running around shooting each other during depression
