I'm happy that Grant is returning. I think he has a good amount of potential. I just find it odd that players are now announcing they are returning after their freshman year, at least those who are not being considered for the NBA draft. Not a fan of what this era of college basketball has turned into.

It's not just college sports. How many news anchors out there making 7 figures and not reporting actual news? Our economy is based on hard work from the past and people doing nothing today. Entertainers made the most forever. Now athletes are also entertainers and getting their $$. This is all entertainment and reading this board I see many people hooked on it. Mostly in a negative way which is also the way of the world today.

Not odd. A package is now negotiated for every single kid.

Hope to hear Dortch is next. We 100% need to spend on a post player, but I’m cautiously optimistic that with some time in the weight room this offseason Bryce will be able to pick up some minutes at the 5. He didn’t play a lot but we saw him enough to see there’s some hope. Remember - he’s 6-9 and actually plays pretty big for his size. Needs to get stronger.

Well he's certainly getting $ to stay and that spends part of our so called 4--5 million we have for new guys. With no court settlement to date does RU actually have that money to spend. You can't spend what you don't have and promises don't pay the rent
